Many agents come into real estate in roundabout ways, and Tyson Hinshaw has his own story to tell. He was a psychology major in college and then worked in sales for over 15 years until a real estate agent friend suggested that Tyson possessed all the qualities to be a terrific agent himself. At the time, Tyson was looking for a change in his life, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Cut to the present and Tyson is now an accomplished agent. His early experiences taught him many of the qualities he leverages in his real estate career, including hard work, self-motivation, and how to effectively communicate with a wide range of personalities. He also knows the importance of being self motivated and putting in long hours to ensure his clients' needs are met and exceeded.

Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Tyson has lived in the Sacramento area for more than 30 years, which makes him something of a specialist when it comes to the Greater Sacramento real estate market. Described as honest, determined, persistent, and hard-working, Tyson takes pride in knowing that if his past clients ever have to shop for a new home, they know exactly who to call.

Besides helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams, Tyson's motivation to succeed comes in his desire to provide a great life for his two children. He relaxes by indulging in favorite pastimes like golf, fine dining, walking on the beach, and shopping for clothing.
